Creating opportunites for Women to Shine on Campus

0

Making a difference means so much to me as a woman leader on campus. I along with other women leaders are able to serve as role models to not only inspire but create opportunities for other women to shine and thrive on campus. As president of Diversity in STEM Education (DISE), a mentor for STEM Boot Camp, and a Ronald E. McNair Scholar, I have had the privilege and honor of being an example and leader amongst my peers by being inclusive and utilizing a team building leadership style of problem solving and decision making. Lastly, being able to get to know other students and women, I am hoping that I can be an inspiration and someone they can look up to.
