South Korean pop titans BTS’ SUGA will reportedly collaborate once again with singer and actress IU three years after working together on 2020 single ‘Eight.’ This time, it is being said that IU will be the featuring artist for SUGA’s new music release.
According to the Korean tabloid Soompi, on March 10, it was reported that Suga will release a new song in collaboration with IU. In response, a representative from BIGHIT MUSIC briefly commented, “It is difficult to confirm.”
If Suga and IU collaborate, it would mark their second collaboration since the release of IU’s ‘eight.’ The single, which dropped in May 2020, was produced by and featured BTS’s Suga. ‘Eight’ went on to dominate domestic music charts and iTunes charts around the world.
Meanwhile on the work front, Suga a.k.a. Agust D is currently gearing up for his upcoming solo tour ‘Agust D Tour’ kicking off in the United States on April 26. He will the return to Asia and perform in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Seoul, and Japan.
