South Korean female pop sensation TWICE has achieved a new milestone with their upcoming comeback album READY TO BE! TWICE’s upcoming mini album READY TO BE broke the band’s personal record with over 1.7 million pre-order sales, marking the group’s highest number of stock pre-orders to date, per their agency JYP Entertainment.
As the Korean tabloid Soompi shares, in addition to setting a new personal record, READY TO BE is only the fifth female group album in history to surpass 1 million stock pre-orders after TWICE’s own previous mini album BETWEEN 1&2, BLACKPINK’s THE ALBUM and BORN PINK and aespa’s Girls.
TWICE is officially preparing for the release of their 12th mini album, READY TO BE, after releasing their English single ‘MOONLIGHT SUNRISE’ in January. On February 3 at midnight KST, TWICE dropped the first teaser for their 12th mini album. The group will be premiering their title track ‘SET ME FREE’ that same night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
