Netflix dropped Dunki, on service at midnight post Valentine’s Day 2024, making it available to Shah Rukh Khan fans around the globe! For the promotional campaign, they recreated the Visa scene from the movie and it is hilarious.
In the promotional ad for Dunki, Shah Rukh Khan says, “I need a new visa.” The visa officer, played by actor and voice-over artist Ashwin Mushran, asks, “What proof can you give of your return? Are there any assets or property in Mumbai? A home?” Showcasing his wit, SRK replies, “My home isn’t sea-facing. The sea is Mannat facing.” When the visa officer asks which country he is applying for, he says, “For 190 countries. From Australia to Zimbabwe, a single visa.”
When he is told this is impossible, SRK responds by saying, “I’ve influenced every corner of the world.” He mentioned how he made the name Raj popular in London after the blockbuster success of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. “It’s the new ‘British Raj,’” he joked.

He then mentions South Korea by saying, “Who taught the South Koreans to fall in love? I did,” and adds, “Love you BTS.” He does the finger heart, popular in Asian countries, before smiling at the camera. This nod to the South Korean juggernaut has left their Indian fans, called ARMY, so excited.
Rajkumar Hirani’s directorial Dunki features Shah Rukh Khan in a never-seen-before avatar, alongside a stellar cast including Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover.
