With Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden already receiving love for their performance in Citadel, fans cannot wait for the Indian version of the American spy action drama. Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are expected to feature in the Indian version of Citadel and were recently in Siberia for the same. The two actors were seen having a gala time as a video of the two of them dancing to the famous song ‘Oo Antava’ (Pushpa: The Rise) went viral on social media.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan seem to have decided to take a break from their shoot schedule and were seen exploring the nightlife in Siberia. The two actors were seen letting their hair loose and dancing at the club, incidentally to the hit chartbuster ‘Oo Antava’ from the 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise. For the unversed, the song was also originally picturized on Samantha who did a song cameo in the Allu Arjun starrer. The crowd, including Varun, were seen cheering on the song and a clip of the same seems to have found its way online.

Apart from, the two actors also met up with President of India Droupadi Murmu in Siberia. Varun posted a series of photos on his Instagram page saying, “Team Citadel India had the privilege of meeting the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu Ji in Serbia. What an absolute joy and honour to meet you ma’am”.

Readers would be aware that Russo brothers will be collaborating with multiple producers across continents to create a spin off version of Citadel in their respective languages. The Indian version of the series will be produced by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK and the show is expected to premiere on Prime Video.
