Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is currently also finding a new fandom across other languages, was seen celebrating 14 years in the industry. The actress made her film debut alongside her former husband Naga Chaitanya starrer Ye Maaya Chesave in 2010. And while it marked her entry into the world of Telugu films, the actress also made her Tamil debut in the same year. Marking such a special day, the actress and her fans shared a series of posts on social media platforms, and along with them, Samantha also received a lot of love from industry insiders including co-star Nayanthara and filmmaker Atlee.
Nayanthara and Atlee, who recently collaborated with each other for the biggest blockbuster of 2023 – Jawan, have worked with Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the past. While Nayanthara featured alongside her and actor Vijay Sethupathi in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal (2022), Atlee has worked with the actress in two Thalapathy Vijay starrers, Theri and Mersal. Both of them took to social media to share their best wishes as the actress completed 14 years in the industry.
Nayanthara shared a photo of Samantha from one of her recent photoshoots and penned a message for her co-star saying, “Samantha Ruth Prabhu Congratulations on 14 years of Sam <3 (firecracker emoji) More power to you (angel halo emojis)”. Samantha too reposted the story and added, “Thank you My Beautiful Nayanthara”.
Apart from her, the actress also received warm wishes from popular filmmaker Atlee who shared a BTS photo from the sets of one of the films they worked together. He captioned it saying, “Congratulations Samantha Ruth Prabhu for 14 years Inspiring god blesssss thambiiiiiii” and added several heart emojis. Samantha too reposted it and thanked the filmmaker for his kind words.
Besides that, Nayanthara also expressed gratitude towards her fans who trended her on social media. Sharing a photo of X, formerly known as Twitter, where fans trended #14YearsofSamanthaLegacy, the actress shared a hugging heart sticker, showering her love on all of them, and added, “Could have been a little subtle. But what the heck… I love you the mostest <3”.
Apart from that, she also shared another story of her giving different expressions as she posted, “14 Years Already WHAAAAAA!!” The video was also later reposted by several fan-clubs of the actress.

On the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu decided to take a break from film commitments last year after she wrapped up Kushi and Citadel. While Kushi with Vijay Deverakonda released in September 2023, fans are eager to see her as the sleek spy in the upcoming Prime Video web-series along with Varun Dhawan.
