On the work front, Suhana Khan is gearing up for her big-screen debut in King, where she stars alongside her father, Shah Rukh Khan. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the highly anticipated film delves into the story of a complex don who becomes a mentor to a girl, portrayed by Suhana. Alongside Shah Rukh and Suhana, King also stars Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Verma, known for his role in Munjya. A report from Mid Day has also confirmed that Anirudh Ravichander will be composing the film’s music.
Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan shared details about King while speaking at the Locarno Film Festival. He said, “It is an action drama, a Hindi film. It’s going to be interesting. I’ve wanted to do a film like this for a long time, about seven or eight years. We felt that Sujoy would be the perfect director because we wanted it to be emotionally authentic. We are all coming together to create a cool, massy, action-packed, and emotional film.”
