After leading a 21-day Anti-Inflammatory Challenge that gained wide attention online, Neha Dhupia has shared a new wellness practice aimed at easing bloating and supporting digestion.

Neha introduced a night-time drink she describes as her “warm, fuzzy” bedtime ritual, which she uses to calm the gut after long, busy days. The drink is rooted in traditional Indian ingredients and is designed to be simple and easy to incorporate into a daily routine.
“This is literally my night-time drink. It really helps ease bloating, improves digestion, and promotes better sleep,” Neha said in a social media reel, highlighting how small, consistent habits can contribute to overall well-being.
The drink combines saunf (fennel seeds), ajwain (carom seeds), jeera (cumin seeds), freshly chopped ginger, and a dash of lemon. The ingredients are boiled together for about five minutes and consumed warm.
“All it takes is this, your night-time anti-bloating drink is ready. It works like magic for me. Looks and tastes good,” Neha added, sharing the routine she follows to reduce bloating.
She also credited her nutritionist, Richa Gangani, for introducing the remedy and encouraged followers to consult a healthcare professional before adding it to their own routines, reinforcing that wellness practices should be tailored to individual needs.
Neha has consistently promoted a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition, combining yoga, functional workouts, anti-inflammatory eating, and simple home remedies as part of her routine.
